Shipping

 

Processing Time Orders are prepared and shipped within a maximum of 48 hours after your purchase.

Delivery Time Once shipped, delivery typically takes an average of 6 to 8 business days (Monday to Friday).

 

Order Tracking (Suivi de commande)

 

Your tracking number is available via the “View My Order” link found in both your Order Confirmation email and your Shipping Confirmation email.

Note: Tracking information may appear approximately 4 days after shipment.

You will receive two emails:

  1. Order Confirmation

  2. Shipping Confirmation (which includes the tracking information)

 

Post Office Collection (Retrait en bureau de poste)

 

Please monitor your tracking closely: it is possible for the package to be held at the post office even without a delivery notice (avis de passage) in your mailbox.

For your information, the postal service (referring to La Poste, but use a more general term like carrier) usually holds packages for 15 days. After this period, the package will be returned to the sender. A fee for reshipment may then be requested.

 

Order Cancellation

 

You have a period of two (2) hours after placing your order to cancel it via our Contact Us form (under the Contact section).

After this period, a refund can only be processed after the full package has been received at our facilities.

 

Shipping Address

 

Healvia will not be held responsible for incomplete or incorrect addresses provided during the order process. Additional fees (for reshipment) may apply.
